Pet Friendly (dogs only - please call for availability)

Your pooch is welcome at the Harbour Inn. Please call in advance to reserve a ground floor room. Limit two dogs in a room. The additional charge is $15/night. No deposit is required; however, you are responsible for damage caused by your pet. The Harbour Inn is featured in the Doin' the Northwest with your Pooch website and book.

Families Welcome

Children Under 10 Stay FREE

At the Harbour Inn, children under 10 years stay for free. If you’re staying for several days, consider reserving a room with a kitchenette! We are located across the street from an excellent supermarket, a pharmacy, and a gourmet take-out shop with the best sandwiches anywhere! Enjoy a picnic with the kids at nearby Freeland park and community beach, overlooking beautiful Holmes Harbor.

Group Reservations

The Harbour Inn is very popular with weddings, family reunions, and other group gatherings. We are happy to work with you in accommodating your friends and family. However, because we are a small property, just 16 rooms, we cannot set aside rooms in the name of any single person or group. When reserving multiple rooms, it is essential that each party in your group call us directly to make a reservation in their own name and guarantee it with their own credit card.

Extended Stays

Are you working at the boatyard? Building a new house? Caring for a family member? The Harbour Inn is popular with guests requiring lodging for extended periods of time. We are located across the street from a new shopping center with a grocery store and pharmacy, nearby are banks, the post office, several restaurants, and a new athletic club. Reservations

To reserve a guestroom at the Harbour Inn, we recommend that you call us directly at (360) 331-6900.  Office hours are between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., daily. Please have a credit card ready to guarantee your reservation. You may contact us via e-mail to inquire about room availability, special needs, and other questions; however, we can not confirm your reservation via e-mail–you must phone us with your credit card number to guarantee the reservation.  

Cancellation Policy

It is very important that you call us to cancel or change a reservation. We require 48-hour notification. For multiple night bookings during the summer, we require 1-week advance notice. If you make a reservation and do not show, your credit card will be charged for a 1-night stay. Same day cancellations will be charged a late cancellation fee of $40.

Late Arrivals

If you think you may arrive late after 10 p.m., or find yourself delayed, please let us know in advance and we will arrange for you to have access to your room after-hours.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you need to arrive earlier, or stay on a little longer, just let us know in advance so we may accommodate your request.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to their room and will be charged a minimum of $40 (spills, smoking in room, extra clean up), and up to $500 for more serious damage (broken furniture, flooring, TV, damage to walls or fixtures)
